So, my daughter had her first night of Karate tonight....she loved it and she is just so cute!!! I can NOT believe how fast she is growing up! Here is a layout all about just that. I used the beautiful about a girl line from Fancy Pants for this.

Gift Bag

I love to make gifts just a little more personal by adding a few extra touches to them. I decorated this plain white bag with Teresa Collin's CELEBRATE line. So FUN!!! I am so in love with this line....I can't seem to stop creating with it:-)

I am so tired today! I was lucky enough to pick up a couple of shifts this week but wow, I sure remember the hectic lifestyle of waking early, running dogs, packing lunches, organizing daycare, getting everyone out the door on time, driving in traffic, missing moments with my kids....etc. I am feeling blessed to spend most of my days at home with my girls:-)

Chasing Waves

Today's page was one that I did for GCD Studios. These pictures were from our summer holidays to the lake. You could NOT keep this girl away from the water and even on days too cold for swimming ... there she was in the water.

The chipboard "wave" I used my chipart tool and embossing powder for a fun glossy "watery" effect. You can find my tutorial on the gcd studios blog HERE.

Happy Anniversary

Today is my parents anniversary so in honour of their celebration I made them page:-) The journaling reads: "I am so blessed to have parents who are so in love for my role models."

I snapped these photos of them when they came to stay with us for a few days on our holidays at the lake!

The gorgeous papers are from Fancy Pants. I also broke out my chipart tool from gcd studios and decorated the aluminum heart with more hearts. You can never have too many hearts on a love page, right?

What an honour it was to have been featured in the fall edition of Canadian Scrapbooker for their Passport to Creativity article!!!!!!! Three of my layouts were selected as well as an interview....the picture of me shows my MESSY scrap space...sheesh....so now you know...I am messy! Two of my layouts feature GCD Studios and the other is from an Art Freckles kit. I also had one more layout in this edition and it is one of my personal faves! It again, is a layout I did for gcd studios.

Bubblegum Girl

Here is one more layout from the September ART FRECKLES kit...there is so much yummy Echo Park paper in this kit, that I can just keep on creating and creating!! My daughter always tries to blow bubbles with my gum...which is usually Extra or Trident so not exactly the best bubble blowing gum. SO....I bought her bubbilicious gum this weekend and she had a BLAST learning how to blow bubbles!!!

Friday Fun

Today is yet another yucky rainy day but on the bright side, I can stay indoors and scrapbook:-)

Here are a couple of cards I did using the Art Freckles September kit. I just love that little bird...it was almost TOO cute to put on a project!!! The kit came with two, so I think for the second one I will attach some string to it and use it as a ornament for my Christmas tree:-) Have a wonderful FRIDAY.... TGIF!!!!

September Art Freckles Kit

Here are my first two layouts from the September Art Freckles Kit called Sugar Rush....all I can say is YUM! I can't wait to do more with this fantastic kit!

The first layout is all about my fun and crazy four year old. She just OOZES personality...LOVE her!

The next layout is my oldest who finally figured out the whole two wheel thing. Bless her heart, she is so cautious, just like her mama:-) She has been taking care of her two year old cousin all day today. She is such a responsible girl....oh how I LOVE her too!
