Today is the oh so FABULOUS Brandin O'Neil's birthday and we are celebrating all week over on the Webster's Pages Blog.  I am so blessed to be a part of the Webster's team and Brandin is so sweet, so kind and so generous!!!  Have a happy, happy birthday Brandin!!!

Spread Your Wings

Finally friday...anyone else feel like that today?  Felt like such a long week!  Tonight I had a "date" night with Sienna.  I love being able to hang out with my kids one on one.  She is so fun and growing up so fast...can't believe she will be six soon...yikes!

I used the amazing new Sweet Afternoon collection by Teresa Collins for this layout.  I saw the "spread your wings" sticker and KNEW I had to do a page about my Sienna....she has really spread her wings over the last few months.

You are PERFECT to me

Today was my turn over at the Teresa Collin's Design Team Blog.  Here is what I shared:

In my world lately, we are dealing with my sweet girl's frustrations when she is not immediately successful at something she is new to.  She is a bit of a "perfectionist" and I am trying to get her to understand that "perfection" is not the goal.  I want her to know that she should feel safe to try new things and know that with hard work and practice she can do anything!  I want her to know that she is not "perfect" but that she will always be "perfect" to me!

Now I typically have a very clean style but I wanted for the theme of this page to show some "imperfection" if you will.  So I cut out a flower from the Spring Fling collection and I crumpled it up into a ball. And that felt good.  But I didn't stop there.  Nope..I got out my sandpaper and I scratched it all up.   There.  Perfectly imperfect.
