Love my Sweet Pig

This year at my daughter's school, every student brought home the book Charlotte's Webb to read as a family.  I absolutely love this program and enjoyed reading with my girls each night.  For one of their spirit days at school, the kids were encouraged to dress up as their favourite Charlotte's Webb character.    I made two Wilbur the Pig costumes for the girls but Madison ended up being sick that day :-(  Sienna was super excited to be a cute little pig…

I used Teresa Collin's Family Stories collection.  I just love the hints of pink from this collection to help make the pig pictures pop and the chipboard arrow was a perfect way to draw attention to that cute piggy tail!!

Here is a close up:

Hmmmm maybe I can be a pig for Halloween????

Webster's Pages and CardMaker Blog Hop

Welcome to the Webster's Pages and CardMaker Blog Hop!!!

You should have arrived here from Latisha Yoast's Blog.  If you have just stumbled across this hop...head over to the CardMaker Blog that is where all the FUN starts!

We are all creating projects using the Family Traditions collection from Webster's Pages.  I love the fall colours in this collection and the paperclips...oh my how I love the paperclips!  For my first card, I wanted the apple paperclip to shine so I had it front and centre!

I had fun with my next card cutting out the Y.O.U. from the paper and embellishing with the chipboard buttons!

Your next stop on the blog hop is the amazingly talented Stacey Michaud so head over to her blog HERE.

Have fun hopping and don't forget to leave comments on each blog so you are entered to win this collection!!!!

I was so lucky that I had some Bella Blvd papers from a previous kit from My Creative Scrapbook -- those kits are so jammed packed!  I ended up making 8 layouts/projects from one kit and STILL have stuff left over :-)  Below are a couple of sneak peeks of my layouts from this months Creative Kit:

Thanks so much for stopping by!!!
