This is from the fabulous January kit from JuJu Bee's Scrapbook Corner. Journaling reads, "You will be turning six soon and I as reflect back on this past year of your life, I am amazed at how quickly you are growing up right before my eyes. I cherish our time together and I want you to know how proud I am of you and how lucky I feel to be able to watch you grow into such a remarkable girl. I love you."
Happy Weekend to you!!!!

I have been working away on my February kit from JuJu Bee's Scrapbook Corner and I am IN LOVE!! It is FABULOUS!!! Can't show you those layouts yet though.... however, here is one from the December kit, which is equally FABULOUS!! JuJu Bee's Scrapbook Corner is sponsoring an amazing new sketch site, Sketch Inspiration, starting by my scrapping friend Trisha. So we did a layout using one of her awesome sketches! So play along and you could win one of JuJu Bee's AMAZING kits!!
This layout also works for the challenge going on right now at Practical Scrappers to use more than one patterned paper on your layout! And it is also being sponsored by JuJu Bee's!!!

I am not very good at scrapbooking events such as birthday parties, so now I am very much in need of catching up!! I do not scrap chronologically rather I prefer to scrap whatever I feel like at the moment, however, my albums are chronological, so if I ever want to get them organized, I need to go back and fill in the gaps:-)
For my daughter's third birthday party, we had an under the sea theme. It was LOTS of fun! I blew up a million blue balloons to be the "ocean" and my girls decorated all sorts of sea creatures to hang from the ceiling. I love birthday parties!
Supplies: Bazzill cardstock, Bo Bunny patterned paper, Prima Marketing stars, "under the" - doodlebug design, "sea" - making memories, and the 3 is from AC Thickers.

Lately I have making my own sketches but for this one I used a sketch from Creative Scrappers.
One thing I LOVE to do is to make my own epoxy stickers. So for the initials "m" and "t" I first stamped them in brown (chocolate from ctmh) and then I stamped versa mark overtop of that and sprinkled it with clear embossing powder, then set it with my embossing heater. I did this two more times to really give it a glossy and thick effect.
Embossing powder doesn't only have to be for stamped images either. I used them on white stickers too. The "sweet" stickers were white so I sponged them with brown ink and then versa mark and embossing powder. The trick is to use tweezers to hold them while using your embossing heater. And voila, cute homemade epoxy stickers!
All product is from Close to my Heart.

The first two pictures are from the amazing January kit from JuJu Bee's Scrapbook Corner and the last two pictures show you December's. I am SO excited to work with these kits! Julia had some health issues that resulted in her having surgery so things are slightly behind schedule but OH SO worth the wait. I mean, YUM to both of these kits!!! Go and grab yourself one here.

My sweet girl playing fairy with her new wings:-) All product is from Close to my Heart - except for the "little" stickers which are making memories. I absolutely LOVE the new catalogue from Close to my Heart...pure YUM!
I prepared this tutorial for JuJu Bees Scrapbook Corner so I thought I would share it here too, although I know most of my readers know this already:-)
Rock n' Roll Stamping Technique:
Step 1: Ink your stamp
Step 2: Using a darker ink, roll the outer edges of your stamp in the ink.
Step 3: Stamp on paper
Step 4: Your two toned image is ready for your project!
